In the unlikely event of vehicle breakdown, Aaron Limousines will (time permitting) make every effort to secure a replacement vehicle, either from their own fleet, or from that of another company.

If a replacement vehicle is supplied, which varies from the type booked,a discount will be agreed subject to vehicle supplied.

If a replacement vehicle cannot be supplied, a full refund will be made.

Please be assured that our good relationship with other limousine companies means that whilst we cannot guarantee that our cars will never breakdown. We can guarantee that if this does happen we will make our best endeavours to ensure that your service will not be affected.
