- Any journey involving passengers under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult as 1 of the 8 passengers for safety reasons.
- All prices exclude toll fees, congestion charges, parking fees, etc
- The hirer of the vehicle will be held responsible and liable for any damage or cleaning costs caused by any member travelling in the party.
- The chauffeur has the discretion to terminate the service at any time due to inappropriate language or unreasonable behaviour which puts the safety of the driver, the car or any passenger at risk. In this instance a refund will not be offered.
- The chauffeur has the right to refuse any passenger who is deemed to be drunk and disorderly entrance to the car.
- Service WILL be terminated immediately if any drugs are seen and a refund will not be given. Any passenger thought to be under the influence of drugs will be denied service.
